Karaosoft Karma is a powerful yet simple karaoke management software . It is the result of years of research and analysis of all known methods of performing karaoke shows on a computer to produce a product that is both powerful and easy to use and not time-consuming. Program features and functions
- Paperless slips : Using SingNext.com , singers can submit song request slips directly from their phones, without having to leave their seats, paperless .
- Triple display support : Optional triple display mode with three separate video outputs for KJ , singer, and crowd. This feature automatically displays lyrics on the singer display, while the crowd display displays a different view with customizable information during performances. For music videos, when no singer is selected, the video automatically transitions to the crowd display.
- Private Messaging : Send private messages to the singer’s screen (such as “keep your distance from the microphone” without embarrassing the singer) or vice versa, through the crowd display.
- Superior Audio/Video Quality : Using Karaosoft ‘s custom hybrid audio/video engine, it delivers flawless audio and key changes without distortion in low frequencies. Post decoding video throughput also ensures the smoothest video playback and synchronization on any hardware.
- Simplified Song Search : No more hovering your mouse over the search box to find a song; just start typing.
- Drag and Drop songs and singers with ease : Drag and drop songs and singers with ease. With a simple drag-and-drop (with mouse or touch), change the singer’s position in the queue and watch the playlist automatically sort based on the new queue.
- Touch screen scrolling with inertia : Touch screen scrolling with inertia.
- Automatic Playlist sorting : Automatically sorts the playlist each time a song is added or the turn changes. Any DJ songs in the queue automatically stay in place, while songs assigned to singers automatically sort around them.
- Auto-Play / Auto-Pitch : Pre-set the pitch for individual songs to automatically apply when playing. You can also set DJ tracks to automatically play one after the other with automatic crossfade so you can relax without worrying.
- Panel Layout : This feature ensures that no window overlaps another during display and that all display-related controls are always displayed on the screen. Panels can be set up in one of 64 different layouts and then individually resized for your desired display.
- On-The-Fly Lyrics timing : Ever find yourself with lyrics that are ahead or behind the music? AV synch control can be changed on the fly.
- Version Changer : If the singer doesn’t want to sing that version of the song, just click on the “Now Playing” bar and see all the available versions for a quick change.
