Description
Automatic Email Processor is a complete solution for automatically saving and printing incoming emails and their attachments in Outlook. For this purpose, various filters and flexible configuration options are available, such as individually definable storage folders and the possibility of subsequent processing. For example, the path to where emails or email attachments are stored by Automatic Email Processor can be dynamically formed from the individual properties of an email. For saving email messages, the output format can be specified (for example, PDF, RTF or HTML). The Outlook message format (MSG files) is suitable for backing up emails. The program supports the creation of an unlimited number of Rules to provide separate settings for different email accounts. Rules can be applied, in addition, to emails of a specific time period or to any email previously received from an Outlook folder.
