Here, all lessons are taught using a completely practical approach, and we\u2019ll cover theory only when necessary to solve problems we encounter along the way. The course is also incremental, meaning we start developing our backend system from scratch and improve it with more features and enhancements throughout the course. An important point is that the approach used here for code architecture and design is suggestive. There is no perfect, flawless way to develop a system, especially a complex one. With that said, feel free and even invited to make changes to the code whenever you see fit. Course structure<\/span><\/p>\n

We are developing the backend system of an online store. Everything we will study will focus on creating this program. Its business rules, and thus the UML diagram, are simple, although there are interesting relationships and cardinalities. However, the focus is not on the business logic itself, but on the solutions we implement to make it work. The class diagram is very similar (with minor changes) to the one found in the Java course (also in Udemy) by Professor Nelio Alves for its simplicity yet completeness.<\/span><\/p>\n
