.The file is in use by another program or user<\/span><\/p>\n

.Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use<\/span><\/p>\n

IObit Unlocker Tool Tips:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2013 In some windows, especially 32-bit versions, the program function automatically and after activating the error message the software is activated but in 64-bit windows it has to be manually executed from the right-click menu of the file or folder.<\/span><\/p>\n
