It performs buckling analysis of rectangular plates according to EN 1993-1-5:2006 or DIN 18800-3:1990-11. Plates can have horizontal or vertical stiffeners (flat, angle, T, trapezoidal, channel steel profiles). Almost any type of loading can be applied to the plate edges, which can also be imported from RFEM\/RSTAB. In RF-\/PLATE-BUCKLING, the buckling analysis is always performed on the entire buckling panel, since possible stiffeners are considered in the finite element model. Therefore, design checks for individual and partial panels are eliminated. In addition to the national appendices listed above, you can also define a specific NA and apply user-defined bound values \u200b\u200band parameters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-6:237\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">This module is designed for buckling analysis of rectangular metal plates. The software uses the finite element method to analyze the plate and also considers the effect of stiffeners. The user can apply different loads and view a variety of outputs including stresses, deformations and buckling modes. He can also use the built-in library to select different stiffeners.
