Gillmeister Automatic PDF Processor is an advanced software that automatically manages the processes related to PDF files. By continuously monitoring an unlimited number of defined folders, the program detects new incoming PDF files and performs certain operations on them based on a set of rules and filters predefined by the user. These operations include actions such as automatic printing, renaming, moving or splitting files.
The software allows users to use the metadata of a PDF document and even its text content to define rules. For example, invoice files can be renamed based on the date or invoice number in the text and saved in a dynamic folder. It also offers powerful features such as converting PDF files to a searchable format using OCR (optical character recognition) technology and extracting key data from documents and saving them as CSV files.
